Welding reject rates have been maintained well below industry standards as shown below. These rates are all inclusive of the radiographic, ultrasonics, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant tests on structural fabrications and welded pipe systems.

Nondestructive Testing Results
2003 - February 2010
Weld Reject Rate of .471%

Third party examiners and in house technicians have inspected over 487,444 feet (over 92.3 miles) of welds with Ultrasonic, Radiography, Magnetic Particle, and Dye Penetrate methods from 2003 through February 2010. The .471% reject rate over this period is considered among the best in the industry.
