Signal International is ISO-9001:2000 Registered.

Signal International's Quality Management System (QMS) is in compliance with ISO 9001:2000. The QMS implementation and execution has been audited and confirmed by an independent Registrar that is accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).

Signal International has received separate Certificate's of Registration to ISO 9001:2000 for each of our facilities in Mississippi and Texas.

This latest edition of ISO 9001 places a strong emphasis on Customer Satisfaction. To assure customer satisfaction Signal provides our customers with a Customer Satisfaction Survey form at the end of each project. The customer grades our performance in all key areas of construction management. Our management team, all the way to the President, reviews the completed survey forms and assures that corrective and or preventive actions are taken to provide for Continual Improvement within the organization. In addition to the Customer Survey forms provided to the onsite Customer Representatives, our Marketing Department conducts Customer Satisfaction Surveys with the customer's home office personnel. This assures that the feedback provided to each facility is consistent with the reports that the home office is receiving.

Signal's QMS provides for inspection and verification of all elements of the construction process that impact quality. Materials control, dimensional control, special processes (Welding & Coating) and statistical controls are utilized to monitor quality trends and are all effectively executed to provide a comprehensive QA/QC program to assure your projects success.
