Offshore Services

At times, work can be done to improve an offshore rig without accruing any operational downtime. Signal’s workmen are accustomed to working aboard rigs that are on-location, in-transit or anchored offshore. Signal hands are routinely dispatched along on scheduled crew changes. They provide specific crafts, labor and materials to enable upgrades to be made without interrupting the rig crew’s normal activities. Riding crews are provided to live and work aboard a rig while it is being mobilized to a new location. A rig anchored in safe harbor can be accessed by Signal’s floating cranes while our workmen are accommodated in the rig’s quarters.
