Logistical support for Technip for the Cascade Chinook project out of the SI MS West Yard Facility. Signal is providing support for outfitting, loading, and offloading vessels installing the subsea infrastructure of the project.
QUIP/QCI Quarters
Signal has been contracted to fabricate a 1200 short ton quarter’s module which will be shipped to Brazil and installed on Petrobrass new build rig P55. The steel structure will be fabricated by Signal International and outfitted by QCI. The quarter’s module will include exterior walkways and a new helideck.
Panel Line
Signal Ship Repair Panel Line is in the process of building panels for the maintenance of our Dry-dock 1 facility.
Transocean
DD1 Project - Signal was awarded the following jobs in support of the out of service period for the purpose of 5 thruster replacements and 5 year survey work to take place 30 miles south of Freeport, Texas; 5 thrusters, skin valve replacement, drill floor under deck scaffold, aft life boat platform installation, PRV valve replacement, mux reel sheave installation, derrick basket installation.
Diamond
Ocean Scepter - Signal was awarded fabrication of 10 ton platformto be mounted on the stern of the Ocean Scepter. We will provide personnel in 3 phases for offshore installation.
Technip
Deep Pioneer/Nansen Project - Signal to provide logistical support at the west yard. Purpose is to receive Deep Pioneer and offload product and install equipment for the purpose of installation of Nansen Project offshore.
Spec Deck Barge
Spec Barge – Fabricate and deliver a 260’ x 72’ x 16’ Steel Deck Barge 5000# per sq/ft deck barge. ABS class new build. Scheduled launch July 2010.
U143 Barge
Is a barge owned by Indyne Inc. Is it currently located at
our Dry-Dock 2 facility. It is undergoing major main deck
modifications to include two levels of conex storage units along with various radar units.
MV Mascot
Is a 659’ x 101’ bulker tanker. It is currently berthed
at our Yard 5 Wet Berth facility. During this availability it will undergo structural repairs and generator
refurbishment.
Norman F. McCall
Is an Ocean Supply vessel owned by Seacor Marine. It is currently moored at out Yard 8 wet berth facility. It is undergoing installation of new EBI Crane /Push Bow
modification and Hydramaine davit.
