Our principal focus is offshore drilling rig overhaul, repair, upgrade conversion and new shipbuilding construction.  Additionally, we provide services to the general marine and heavy fabrication markets for barges, power plants and modular construction.

The name Signal was chosen for its meanings associated with communication and outstanding achievement. Under a committed management team, we are delivering quality services at competitive prices and schedules in a safe working environment.

Since our inception, we have been awarded new contracts by a variety of customers. All work has been completed at a competitive price while meeting the highest standards under our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality program and award-winning safety program.

Beginning with my office and carrying through all levels of our company, we honor our commitments to our customers and we conduct business in an ethical manner. Our ongoing growth is the direct result of a well-executed business strategy embraced by our employees. Moving forward, we will continue to implement our dynamic plan to secure contracts for overhaul, repair and modernization of existing ships and offshore drilling rigs. In addition we will continue to pursue opportunities for building new ships, barges, and heavy marine fabrication.

With two yards in Pascagoula Miss., and one in Orange, Texas, plus a ship overhaul and repair yard in Mobile, Ala., we cover the entire breadth of the Gulf of Mexico. We have the right combination of resources, from facilities outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment to a highly skilled and abundant workforce. As we build on our successful track record, we believe that we are the best choice for vessel owners in the Gulf of Mexico.
