Experience/Responsibilities include the following:

• Capable of reading and understanding blueprints and specifications
  
• Review job documents to establish and confirm the baseline scope of work
  
• Compare baseline quantities to as-built quantities
  
• Perform Material Take-Off (MTO) and compile BOM for pricing, if required
  
• Prepare material and labor estimates using our pre-defined metrics
  
• Prepare proposal Clarifications/Qualifications
  
• Review estimates with senior management
